1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Forged app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription and Billing

Forged is a paid service from day one — there is no free trial. Access requires an active subscription:

• Monthly plan: LKR 1,490 per month
• Annual plan: LKR 15,000 per year (equivalent to LKR 1,250/month)

Payments are processed securely via PayHere. By subscribing, you authorise Forged to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Forged provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only. The content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the app
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer or exploit the app or its systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of Forged — including workout plans, meal plans, design and code — are the intellectual property of Forged. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forged and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including personal injury, loss of data or financial loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
