• Weekly check-in data — energy levels, nutrition adherence, personal notes

How We Use Your Data

• To generate your personalised workout and meal plans
• To track and display your progress over time
• To provide weekly feedback on your performance
• To send you app notifications (only if you enable them)
• To process subscription payments securely via PayHere
• To improve the app and resolve technical issues

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your fitness data is never shared without your explicit consent.

We use the following third-party services which process your data only as necessary:

• Supabase — secure database storage and authentication
• PayHere — payment processing
• Expo — mobile app delivery and push notifications

Data Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security enabled. All connections are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at support@forgedfitness.xyz. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Children

Forged is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
